Rochester Rams 43

North Catholic 0

Jordan's team blew out North Catholic last night. It was so cold there. I dressed the kids very very warm so they were okay. They still complained a little bit. The game was fun. I love when we score a lot of points and when we win. John Fedko from channel 11 News was there. I actually was right next to him a few times. People were calling his name like crazy so I decided not to bother him. Also, the new mayor from Pittsburgh, Luke Gravenstahl was there. He was walking around with this older man. The older man was kind of big. I thought maybe it was his bodyguard. I'm not sure. He didn't look like he'd be that good of a bodyguard though. A bunch of fans from Rochester said hi to the mayor. He asked us to go easy on North Catholic in the second half. Obviously that didn't happen.

Isaiah's game got moved to Sunday so we won't be able to go. It was kind of nice not having a football game on Saturday. I cleaned and did laundry and played with the kids.

I need to find out why North Catholic charged us a dollar more for all of our tickets. We usually pay $4, but they charged us $5. What is that all about? The ticket sales lady asked me if I was from Rochester too. Maybe they just overcharged the Rochester fans. Not nice--that's why they lost big.

What's up with Derek? Paul McCoy from Delbarton, W. Va. ran for 658 yards on 28 carries for a 22.7 average. He scored 10 touchdowns on runs of 69, 1, 52, 56, 52, 20, 31, 84, 87 and 25 yards. He also had a 77 yard TD called back because of a penalty.

Derek can still hold his head high. I watched a film clip of one of those touchdowns that McCoy scored. It looked a lot like the opposition didn't have a clue about what they were doing. We'll probably find out that the opposing team had to play all freshmen because the upper classmen ate tainted spinach beyond its expiration date.

Hey Anonymous: Thanks for the attempt but you also spelled his name incorrectly. It is Ravenstahl with the "h". Jessie got that part right.
