Jamie, When other team scored the first time but they shouldn't have...our defense intercepted the ball, but the officials made a horrible call and didn't give it to us. Then Springdale scored on the very next play. And the second touchdown Springdale got was their first string against our third string!!
Uncle Mike--everytime we play Springdale, my mom tells me quite a few times that Springdale was where they used to live. Was that too long of ride for you to drive over and make turtle soup?
Jessie, I don't think there are any turtles in Springdale ;-)....actually when your parents lived there I was still in my "Pastry Baking stage"....I don't remember ever making Turtle soup , well. Your dad made an Awesome 'Snapper Marsela Stew'.....If you walked in the door and smelled it cooking before finding out what it was , even you would have loved it.....by the way Springdale isn't that far away from you. Maybe if you had to make the trip twice a day...or if a Wal-Mart slids down onto the road ;-)
