I gave my students an assignment today. I gave them page numbers in their Reading books to look at and I gave them things I wanted them to find. One of my little boys asked me if he had to "read" the pages. I wanted to tell him, "No, Zackary, maybe the answers will magically jump out at you when you open your book." And then I thought about saying, "Zackary, where is your head today? How else are you going to find the answer?" But instead, I chose to act like the almost 32-year old that I am and I calmly said, "Yes, Zackary, you have to read it to find the answer."

I think my dad should help MTV to advertise for "Rock the Vote". Read his blog today to understand what I'm talking about. I love to tease him, but he would be very proud to know that I do intend to vote this year. Not only do I intend to vote, I also intend on reading up on the candidates and making an educated decision!

It's a football weekend at the Hauser's!
Jordan will be starting tomorrow night.
Isaiah's team is playing a semi-final game!

Jessie, your Dad is absolutly correct...just don't tell him I said so ;-)....The most important ones are the ones that most people consider minor elections. With these new fangle 'puter thingees ,there is no excuse for being uninformed....unless of course you only read one side,hee-he-he, Like your Dad ;-)
