Well it's Monday again. We are getting ready for our PSSA test next week. I am doing a March Madness tournament in my room. I am having the students work on various Reading passages to get them ready for next week. My six classes are competing against each other for the highest scores on the passages. The kids seem to be pretty excited about it--except for the one or two knuckleheads in each class. I worked so hard to put all of this together that it left me with no patience for the foolishness of those knuckleheads. I just made them stand in the hall--which is a big no-no in our building. But like I said, my patience ran out.
The weather was so nice today. I hurried home and made dinner and then I took the kids to Brady's Run. They have a very nice paved outdoor walking track. I met my good friend Stefanie down there. She had her two girls--Jeremiah's favorite girls--Sydney and Chloe. We had so much fun. The kids just ran and ran.
Corynne had to go to the doctor again today. She spiked a fever last night and still had it this morning so I didn't want to play around with it. Cory took her to the doctor. She didn't have strep and everything else looked so good. They think it must be a virus. I am glad it isn't strep because I didn't want her on another antibiotic.
Oh well, I am absolutely exhausted. I have a million things to do, yet I sit her blogging!

March Madness with reading passages is an awesome idea!
Jess ALWAYS has great ideas!
Okay, Jen, I stole your Olympic idea and made it into March Madness. thanks--Jess
do you all work because the reply times all show that you are in company time goofing around on the internet instead of teaching the minds of the great students of beaver falls.
