The floor is up. It took over 10 hours. We finally got a proper tool to remove the floor. We called Artie and he hooked us up. It took about 8 hours to remove 1/4 of the floor with the tools we were using. And it only took 2 hours to do the rest of the floor once we got Artie's shingle ripper! We also put Jordan to work because we were so exhausted. I have a whole new respect for contractors--Artie and Uncle Phullie--that is very very tough work. My whole body is aching today. I feel like I played basketball all day yesterday! Today we are ripping out the old cabinets. Hopefully that is as easy as it sounds.

I went to Walmart at 7 AM today. That is the best time to go. There were only a few people there.
