More Cookies!!

Jeremiah begged me to make him some cookies tonight. With those green eyes and monsterous long eye lashes, it is hard to tell him "no". Of course, his sister and brother had to help. This is how they help--they eat the cookie dough! They did a really good though. I had them do all the measuring and the mixing.

Cory made dinner tonight for us. I had a nail appointment after work so I didn't get home until 4:30. He had everything made--meat loaf, mashed potatoes and corn. It was really good. We tried a new recipe for the meat loaf. It called for bread and sour creme--in addition to some other ingredients. It was really good. The last two meat loaves that I made were pretty yucky! But as Cory says, "That's why you have ketchup!"

I went back to work after my three day weekend. The kids were pretty nuts today for some reason. Usually on the first day back after a weekend, they are pretty calm. Maybe it is all the Pittsburgh Steeler excitement. The teachers were all fired up today. We have some die hard Steeler fans at the Beaver Falls Middle School. They were all so upset about that bad call this weekend. But as far as I am concerned, it doesn't matter because we won.

Hopefully we can celebrate again next week. Go Steelers!!
